After practicing 15 years with a medium sized firm in Oklahoma City, Ms. Robertson decided to open a solo practice in order to provide more personalized service to her clients.

Currently focusing her practice in the areas of environmental and commercial law, Ms. Robertson also has extensive experience in oil and gas matters, including contracts and acquisitions.Ms. Robertson’s litigation experience is extremely diverse– from securities fraud and RICO actions to products liability to contract disputes to environmental matters– she has represented clients in Oklahoma state courts, before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, in all three Oklahoma federal district courts, including bankruptcy courts, and in federal courts in Kansas and Texas where she was admitted pro hac vice.

Ms. Robertson is also proud of her appellate record, most notably those Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals’ decisions affirming dismissals she obtained at the preliminary motion stage.
